My name is Rafique Ahmed and I started my entrepreneurial journey in 2014, I started Autopack Enterprises from my home town Durg Chhattisgarh which is a partnership firm between me, my father and my younger brother, starting years we have seen approx 1.25 crore turnover in our business but there was something I was missing to apply in my business to take the business to the next level and that was only because of lack of more knowledge and expertise. I decided to hand over this business to my family and I moved to Dubai to grab international exposure so that I can learn more in order to become a fully loaded businessman. in 2018 I started Awaam e-commerce limited with the brand name redliips.com an online store selling beauty cosmetics. but the big problem I was facing was money at the initial stage, so then I decided to dilute my company shares for money and I successfully raised 1.5 crores in redliips.com and led the business for 3  years finally, redliips.com closed. one reason>>>> All directors were having different values.

long story short These 9 years taught me so much. About people, about people's different values, about building businesses, about fundraising, about investing. More than anything else, about my own self. Who am I? What am I good at? What should I do and should not do?

Now I am an internet entrepreneur and I help people through online courses based on the knowledge that I have learned from my failures and success. I believe that the cornerstone of every successful person is moving in the right direction and at the right time.
